The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is seeking a Manager for our Human Resource Business Partnership Team to serve as an integral leader for our workforce. In this role, you will lead in promoting an energised, performance-driven environment that empowers the dedicated professionals caring for our community. 

About the role: 

Duties for the role will include:

  • Working alongside Executive Directors and Managers to proactively build the culture and capabilities needed to deliver world-class health services.
  • Inspiring and developing a high-performing HR team, modelling excellence and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • Playing a leading role in reform agendas, implementing evidence-based solutions for complex workforce challenges.
  • Acting as a key participant in responding to emerging operational changes across SA Health, ensuring sound judgement and best practice in all HR matters.

About you:

  • A track record of directing senior management on operational and strategic HR matters.
  • The ability to negotiate, consult, and resolve conflict within a large, challenging environment.
  • Experience formulating and evaluating HR plans that actually move the needle on organisational performance.
  • Investigating and researching complex matters and preparing high level recommendations, reports and submissions.
  • Implementing HR strategies that support an engaged and high-performing workforce.
