About the Role:
Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is looking for an experienced Allied Health clinician to join the team as a part-time Acute Services Coordinator at the Lyell McEwin Health Service in Adelaide's northern suburbs. As an Acute Services Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care across our acute services. You will coordinate resources, support clinical teams, and help maintain the high standards of care provided to our consumers.
To succeed in this role, you should possess skills, experience and knowledge that enable you to:
- Leading and coordinating Allied Health divisional projects supporting acute and ambulatory service delivery and patient flow
- Participating in professional practice and service improvement initiatives across the divsiion
- Retrieving and interpreting clinical and operational data to support service monitoring and improvement activities
- Reviewing divisional policies and procedures and contributing to evidence-based recommendations to improve service delivery and patient safety
- Conducting divisional audits to monitor compliance and performance
