WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

We are offering a unique leadership opportunity to shape restorative aged care services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN). In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level clinical and professional leadership to allied health teams, driving innovation in service delivery and contributing to the development of contemporary, evidence-based models of care. You will play a key role in service and workforce development, improving outcomes for older people while working collaboratively with stakeholders in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Do you have advanced clinical expertise in allied health and the ability to deliver and advise on complex services within aged care settings?
  • Can you provide strong clinical and professional leadership, including supervision, mentoring and development of multidisciplinary teams?
  • Are you experienced in service planning, redesign and workforce development to improve quality, safety and client outcomes?
  • Do you demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence, collaborate and drive change across a health network?
  • Are you committed to continuous improvement, including research, evaluation and implementing innovative, evidence-based practices in aged care? 

 

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

  • Lead the development and implementation of high-quality, evidence-based allied health services in aged care across BHFLHN.
  • Provide clinical and professional leadership, supporting and developing allied health staff to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
  • Drive service planning, innovation and workforce development initiatives aligned with community needs and organisational priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen integration, coordination and consistency of aged care services across the network.
  • Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve programs to enhance outcomes, manage risks and ensure service excellence.
