About the Role

Step into a Safety and Quality Coordinator role where your work strengthens safe care and trusted systems. You’ll manage key quality processes, build strong clinical links and create clear insights that support leaders and accreditation readiness.

Key Duties
• Coordinate safety learning and incident reporting
• Prepare quality committee papers and reports
• Collate mortality reviews and audit outcomes
• Track risks, actions and quality improvement registers
• Analyse and report program performance data
• Support accreditation and policy review readiness

About You

You’re a proactive professional who thrives on improving safety and quality. You can manage complex information, support teams and ensure best practice is applied across clinical programs.

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear, practical solutions
• Experience coordinating audits, incidents, and risk registers
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and managing safety quality systems
• Knowledge of clinical safety, quality standards and legislation
