About the Role:
Join SA Health as an Allied Health Restorative Care Team Coordinator at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network's Lyell McEwin Health Service. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and coordinate restorative care services across Adelaide's northern metropolitan region until January 2027.

To succeed in this role, you should possess skills, experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Bachelor's degree in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy)
- Minimum five years experience in restorative care or rehabilitation settings
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and quality improvement processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary care coordination principles
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
