About the Role:

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Allied Health Assistant (AHA3) and make a meaningful difference in the recovery journey of our patients. Based at Modbury Hospital in Adelaide's northern suburbs, these positions can be filled temporarily on either a full or part-time basis.

As an AHA3, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support patients by implementing treatment programs under professional supervision, assisting with patient assessments, and providing compassionate care to help individuals regain their independence and quality of life. 

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will design and deliver therapeutic activities that support rehabilitation and recovery, helping to create positive outcomes for some of our community's most vulnerable members.

To be eligible for this position, you must possess a minimum of Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.

To be successful in this role you will bring experience in delivering services to vulnerable clients/patients, preferably in an aged care or rehabilitation setting. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively within a secure healthcare environment.
