About the Role

Step into a rewarding leadership opportunity as a Clinical Nurse within the Community Aged Care & Disability team. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-quality, client-centred care that meets the Aged Care Standards, NDIS Standards, and NSQHS Standards. Working collaboratively with the Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll ensure safe, coordinated, and person-focused services that support older people and clients living with disability to maintain their independence at home and in the community.

This position offers the chance to contribute your clinical expertise while mentoring others, driving quality improvement, and making a genuine difference to the lives of people across the Limestone Coast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care across community, aged care, and disability settings.
  • Provide clinical oversight, assessment, and care planning for clients with complex needs.
  • Support and guide nursing and care staff to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance, and staff education initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and at least 3 years post-registration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and competence in aged care and community nursing.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage competing priorities.
