About the Role

Step into a key support role in Emergency Services, keeping our teams organised and patient care running smoothly. You’ll manage admin processes, support clinical staff, and ensure efficient, safe, and standardised service delivery.

  • Coordinate daily admin tasks across Emergency Departments

  • Support clinical and nursing teams with accurate records

  • Contribute to team meetings, huddles and service improvement

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold customer service standards

About You

You’re organised, adaptable, and ready to support a busy Emergency Department with professionalism and care. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to helping teams deliver the best service.

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse teams and patients

  • Provide accurate admin support and manage data efficiently

  • Use Microsoft Office confidently to assist daily operations

  • Work independently, problem solve, and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and excellent customer service
