About the Role

Join our supportive mental health team where your skills make a real difference. You’ll provide compassionate care, help clients on their recovery journey, and grow your expertise in a dynamic, professional environment.

• Deliver direct nursing care and individual case management

• Provide education, counselling and group support

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community services

• Guide and mentor less experienced staff

• Contribute to clinical projects, protocols and practice improvements

About You

We are looking for a committed mental health nurse ready to make an impact. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, support consumers on their recovery journey, and help develop a strong, capable team.

• Registered Nurse with current practising certificate

• Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent

• Skilled in complex mental health care and case management

• Experience coordinating and guiding less experienced nurses

• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
