Overview:

  • Lead, coordinate and deliver a strategic project specific to Aboriginal children and adolescent’s mental health and social and emotional wellbeing utilising evidence-based strategies in a range of settings that meet objectives within time and budget constraints.
  • Liaise and collaborate with a range of stakeholders across various sectors to support the development and implementation of project objectives and targeted prevention strategies.
  • Contribute expert mental health and social and emotional wellbeing advice and input into the development and implementation of population health policies and programs.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).
  • A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
