About the Role
The Vascular Network Co-ordinator is responsible for the provision of a high quality, confidential administrative and secretarial service to the Head of Unit of Vascular Department and provides administrative support to other consultants. The Network Coordinator is accountable for the day-to-day operational management of the Network, liaising with administrative staff at the RAH and overseeing those at the networked sites. The position is required to maintain a highly organised office environment and for providing a comprehensive and confidential service to assist in the management of the Vascular Department. This entails using a team work approach, co-ordinating day to day workloads and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. As a lead member of the network management team, the position will support the development, leadership and co-ordinated delivery of the network’s programme.

• No formal qualifications required; proven administrative skills
• Works autonomously or in teams; manages priorities under pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication with varied stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; accurate data and document control
• Knowledge of health systems, records, confidentiality and ethics
