About the Role

Step into a rewarding educator role where you support nurses as they grow in practice. You’ll build capability, guide transitions to professional nursing, and work closely with education and ward teams to deliver confident, safe care.

• Support RNs, ENs and undergraduates through transition to practice
• Coach junior staff and guide skill and confidence growth
• Partner with Nurse Educators and Nurse Managers across wards
• Deliver education aligned to practice standards and service needs
• Contribute to disaster response readiness through training and drills

About You

You’re a confident Registered Nurse who enjoys guiding others and sharing knowledge. You bring strong clinical insight, clear communication and a genuine interest in helping nurses succeed in practice.

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and current practising certificate
• Post registration experience in acute care nursing practice
• Skill to support students, ENs and early career nurses
• Clear written and verbal communication with a team focus
• Knowledge of standards, legislation and quality systems in care
