About the Role

Lead a dynamic nursing team and shape high-quality patient care. You’ll coordinate clinical services, support staff development, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

  • Manage and guide nursing and support staff

  • Coordinate patient care and multidisciplinary activities

  • Monitor practice standards and ensure policy compliance

  • Develop team performance and a positive culture

  • Build relationships with community and external partners

About You

We are looking for a confident and committed nurse ready to lead and inspire. You will guide your team, improve care models, and ensure high standards in a supportive environment.

  • Registered Nurse with current or eligible practising certificate

  • Skilled in leading teams and managing nursing staff performance

  • Experience in clinical practice and supervising less experienced staff

  • Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork abilities

  • Knowledge of legislation, standards and contemporary nursing practice
