About the Role:

You will support the wellbeing and quality of life of aged care residents through meaningful individual and group activities. You will encourage independence, social connection and participation by helping residents explore interests, build skills and achieve personal goals. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive resident outcomes while maintaining supportive and professional relationships.

927703 OPS2 Role Description

About You: 

  • Current South Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Previous Paramedical Aide or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to use initiative and exercise judgement in day-to-day work activities.
  • Experience using computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
