About the Role:
Working within our established multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert occupational therapy services to patients recovering from orthopaedic conditions and procedures. This role combines clinical excellence with professional leadership opportunities, allowing you to shape patient outcomes while advancing your career in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for orthopaedic patients
- collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimise patient recovery
- provide clinical supervision and mentorship to less experienced occupational therapy staff
- contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- participate in discharge planning and community transition support
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
