  • Ongoing/Permanent, Part-time (30 hrs per week over a 7 day roster)

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Barossa Valley Community Nursing team in Tanunda. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting their independence, wellbeing, and recovery. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, enjoy varied and meaningful work, and contribute to exceptional care across the Adelaide Hills community.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

  • Deliver proficient, person-centred Community Nursing care and coordinate individual care plans to achieve optimal outcomes for patients and families.

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to less experienced staff, supporting a culture of learning and development.

  • Collaborate across disciplines to plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions and support programs in a community health setting.

  • Support the Nurse Unit Manager in quality improvement, service planning, and change management initiatives within the team.

  • Participate in clinical teaching, audits, and evaluative research to ensure evidence-based, high-quality Community Nursing care delivery.
