About the Role

As Senior Clinical Administrative Officer, you manage and shape high quality clinical admin across the Division. You build strong systems, support teams and improve patient flow, while working across IC sites around the Adelaide CBD.

Duties
• Deliver patient admin across bookings, records, Medicare billing and facilities
• Lead and support site based admin staff to grow skills and teamwork
• Drive change across clinical systems, process and policy
• Prepare clear reports, minutes, agendas and correspondence
• Arrange interpreter and transport services
• Support service delivery across all IC sites in and around the CBD

About You

You’re a confident clinical admin professional who brings initiative, sound judgement and a calm approach to busy, complex services. You know how to support people, systems and outcomes every day.

• No formal qualification required; strong clinical admin experience
• Support and guide staff, resolve issues and work independently
• Use patient systems, medical records and Microsoft Office with ease
• Communicate clearly and manage confidential matters with care
• Thrive under pressure and work well with diverse communities
