About the Role

Step into a pivotal administrative role where you keep the mental health team running smoothly. You’ll manage records, support clinicians and build strong connections to ensure timely, efficient care for consumers. Your work helps the team focus on what matters most.

Key duties
• Manage client records and maintain accurate files
• Schedule appointments and coordinate team calendars
• Answer enquiries and provide professional front desk support
• Liaise with staff, families and external agencies
• Support daily operations to enable efficient service delivery

About You

You’re a proactive and organised administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong IT skills, a calm approach, and the ability to support teams while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic data systems
• Skilled in managing high volume calls and scheduling tasks
• Experienced in providing administrative support under pressure
• Strong communicator with tact, discretion and empathy
• Knowledge of office procedures, confidentiality and OHS&W
