Riverton District Soldiers Memorial Hospital & Wakefield Aged Care

Riverton Hospital is a small but dynamic rural health service, offering 7 acute beds and 17 residential aged care beds at Wakefield Aged Care. Servicing the town of Riverton and surrounding communities, the hospital is co-located with the local GP clinic, providing exposure to a broad range of clinical presentations.

From emergency retrievals and acute presentations to palliative care and long-term aged care, Riverton Hospital offers variety, challenge, and meaningful work—there truly is something for everyone.
