Balaklava Soldiers Memorial Hospital – Ira Parker Aged Care

Balaklava is a welcoming country town just one hour from Adelaide, known for its strong agricultural roots and close-knit community.
Ira Parker is a 20-bed Residential Aged Care Facility co-located with Balaklava Hospital.

Vacancy:

• Direct Care Worker – Permanent Part-Time, 0.32 FTE (12 hours per week)

Clare Hospital – Kara House Nursing Home

Located in the beautiful Clare and Gilbert Valley region, just 150 km from Adelaide, Clare offers a relaxed lifestyle, strong community spirit, and renowned food and wine experiences.
Kara House is a 25-bed Residential Aged Care Facility.

Melaleuca Court Nursing Home – Minlaton

Located on the stunning Yorke Peninsula, Melaleuca Court offers a supportive workplace focused on professional development, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Peterborough Hospital – Nalya Lodge

Peterborough is a vibrant rural town surrounded by golden plains and rich history.
Nalya Lodge is an 11-bed Residential Aged Care Facility co-located with Peterborough Hospital.

• Direct Care Worker – Permanent Part-Time, 0.63 FTE (24 hours per week)

Riverton Hospital – Wakefield Aged Care

Riverton is a historic regional town set among the rolling hills of the Gilbert Valley.
Wakefield Aged Care is a 17-bed Residential Aged Care Facility co-located with Riverton Hospital.

Vacancy:

• Direct Care Worker – Permanent Part-Time, 0.63 FTE (24 hours per week)

Snowtown Hospital – Lumeah Home

Located 150 km north of Adelaide, Snowtown is a peaceful agricultural community surrounded by the Barunga Gap and Hummocks Ranges.
Lumeah Home has 25 MPS aged care beds co-located with Snowtown Hospital.
