In this dynamic role, you’ll provide expert nursing and midwifery care directly to patients and their families, while working collaboratively with authorised Nurse Practitioners and Consultant Medical Officers to make informed decisions around diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and patient education. You will also have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership to your nursing and midwifery colleagues, guiding and supporting them within your scope of practice. This is a rewarding role for a motivated clinician who is ready to take accountability for high-quality patient care, professional advice, and practice excellence, all while contributing to a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.

RN-4   As a Nurse Practitioner, you will practise at an advanced level, providing expert clinical nursing care to individuals, groups, or populations within a legislatively protected and professionally recognised scope. This role offers the opportunity to apply your advanced nursing knowledge and experience while taking accountability for high-quality patient care, professional advice, and delegation of responsibilities. You will work collaboratively across the healthcare team, contributing to best-practice outcomes and supporting colleagues, all within a framework endorsed and credentialed by the LHN Nursing and Midwifery Credentialing Committee. This is a fulfilling role for a motivated clinician eager to make a meaningful difference while practising at the forefront of nursing excellence.

Qualifications - Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with the notation of Nurse Practitioner.
