About the Role

As Lymphoma Nurse Consultant, you’ll lead expert, patient-centred care across CALHN. You’ll manage complex cases, build trusted partnerships, create strong care pathways and shape evidence-based practice that lifts outcomes for people living with lymphoma.

• Lead specialist lymphoma care across hospital and community
• Manage complex cases with autonomy and sound clinical judgement
• Build strong links with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Create and refine evidence-based pathways and Optimal Care Pathways
• Guide and support nurses as a clinical resource and mentor
• Drive service growth through innovation, audit and quality review

About You

You’re a confident, compassionate clinician ready to lead specialist lymphoma care and influence practice at a service-wide level.

• Registered Nurse with NMBA registration and current practising certificate
• Expert in advanced assessment and management of complex lymphoma care
• Lead, communicate and resolve issues with clarity, empathy and influence
• Drive change, innovation and consumer engagement across services
• Shape policy, guidelines and quality aligned to NSQHS standards
