About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care within a supportive health service environment, developing your skills and expertise from a novice to a proficient practitioner. This role offers a valuable opportunity to consolidate your clinical knowledge while embracing continuous professional development and gaining hands-on experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and contributing positively to patient outcomes.

About You

We are seeking a committed and skilled Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, consumer-centred care within a collaborative healthcare environment. You will bring a strong foundation in nursing practice and a proactive approach to professional development and teamwork.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practising certificate.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrated competence in nursing practice, including prioritising workload, delegating appropriately, and contributing to the learning of others.

  • Strong knowledge of nursing responsibilities, relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and professional conduct standards in healthcare.
