About the Role

Join our team as a Loan Set Coordinator and keep our critical loan kits flowing smoothly. You’ll manage, track, and maintain loan sets while supporting CSSD operations and training staff to ensure safe, efficient services every day.

  • Check in and out loan sets, monitor issues, follow up

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for all loan kits

  • Train staff using on-the-job guidance and resources

  • Support daily CSSD operations and reprocess equipment

  • Liaise with internal teams and external users for requests

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting a safe, efficient CSSD environment. You enjoy training and developing others while ensuring compliance and high standards across all tasks.

  • Hold AQF Certificate III & IV in Sterilising Services

  • Train and guide staff in hospital sterilising practices

  • Communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders

  • Apply quality, safety, and infection control standards

  • Work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities
