About the Role:

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Credentialling Officer and play a key role in ensuring medical practitioners are appropriately credentialled and supported to deliver safe, high‑quality care. Working within the Credentialling Unit, you’ll coordinate credentialling processes, manage documentation, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with SA Health and national standards.

You’ll prepare and process credentialling applications, oversee criminal history checks, support re‑credentialling cycles, and work closely with medical leaders to confirm scopes of clinical practice.

As a Credentialling Officer, you will work as part of a team to ensure that the credentialing process for medical staff of NALHN is undertaken in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders within a dynamic and well supported Division of NALHN.
