Join a dynamic statewide initiative to establish and lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Statewide Telerehabilitation Service. This pivotal role will enhance access to specialist rehabilitation services for South Australians, ensuring consistency, quality, and equitable service delivery across metropolitan and regional Local Health Networks.

Working in close collaboration with the Statewide Telerehabilitation Program Manager, you will drive strategic planning, governance development, service integration, and continuous improvement to embed a sustainable and effective telerehabilitation model across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the statewide implementation and strategic development of the Telerehabilitation Service across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
  • Develop and implement governance, policy, service pathways, and quality improvement frameworks to support safe and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Local Health Networks, Medical Directors, and rehabilitation stakeholders to ensure successful integration and equitable access.
  • Deliver education and training to allied health staff and key stakeholders to support service utilisation.
  • Monitor service performance, analyse utilisation data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Are you an experienced clinical leader with a strong background in service development and statewide implementation?
  • Do you have expertise in governance, policy development, and quality improvement frameworks?
  • Are you confident working collaboratively with Local Health Networks, Medical Directors, and diverse rehabilitation stakeholders?
  • Do you have experience delivering education and training to support service implementation and utilisation?
  • Are you skilled in analysing service data and driving continuous improvement initiatives?

The RSS is a business unit in SA Health and provides services throughout regional South Australia to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs). It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in the RSS’s three Adelaide offices.
