About the role

As Principal Data Analyst, you’ll lead how Integrated Care turns data into insight, shaping decisions that matter across clinical, operational and strategic priorities.

• Lead trusted data insights for clinical and business decisions
• Build dashboards, KPIs and performance reports
• Extract and link data across complex systems
• Advise leaders on data strategy and solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and processes

About You

We are looking for a highly capable and adaptable professional who can translate complex data into actionable insights, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and deliver outcomes that make a real difference.

• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Analyse, consolidate and report data from multiple sources
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams
• Plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Develop tailored reports and dashboards to meet business needs
