About the Role

As a Senior Podiatrist, you’ll support CALHN’s podiatry services, manage complex foot health care and guide clinicians to deliver safe and connected, high-quality patient outcomes. You’ll step into a supported opportunity to grow your clinical leadership, build capability, strengthen service quality and contribute to research, education and innovation across our multidisciplinary teams.

  • Manage complex referrals, assess needs and shape tailored care plans
  • Lead high-level clinical decisions and support clinicians across the service
  • Work within  and  across multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide education, supervision and guidance to build capability across the health network
  • Drive quality improvement, research and service development
  • Contribute to the education of undergraduate podiatry students
  • Opportunity to work within an inter-disciplinary environment where active prescribing is occurring, enhancing the opportunity to gain Endorsement for Scheduled Medicines (PodBA)

About You

You’re a capable and collaborative Senior Podiatrist who brings advanced clinical judgement, strong communication and a calm, people-centred approach to supporting high-quality podiatry care across CALHN.

  • Hold a degree that enables registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia
  • Apply advanced clinical decision making to complex podiatry presentations
  • Lead confidently within podiatry and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide clear communication, accurate records and sound clinical decision making
  • Commit to growth, safe practice and meaningful service improvement
