About the Roles
The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team. We have opportunities for both registered and clinical nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care across community and clinical settings. These roles are ideal for nurses consolidating their skills, developing professionally, and taking on increasing responsibility in patient care and team support.
As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you will provide nursing services to community clients in their homes and clinic settings. You will assess individual patient needs, implement care plans, and coordinate services with other disciplines. This role allows you to develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient nurse while providing guidance to less experienced staff.
As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you will deliver advanced nursing care in a defined clinical area, overseeing patient care and supporting your team. You will take on portfolios, participate in clinical teaching, and contribute to organisation-wide quality improvement projects, while mentoring and guiding less experienced colleagues.
