About the Role

As Clinical Practice Director, you’ll lead and inspire nursing teams, shape clinical services, and drive excellence in patient care across CALHN. You’ll manage high-level practice standards, foster a positive culture, and influence innovation across your program.

• Lead and support nurses and nurse practitioners across the program
• Build strong clinical governance and safe, effective practice systems
• Create and refine policies, guidelines and evidence-based pathways
• Drive service improvement, research and practice development
• Maintain collaborative relationships across teams and external partners

About You

You’re a confident, strategic nursing leader ready to shape clinical practice and inspire teams across CALHN.

• Registered Nurse with NMBA registration and current practising certificate
• Lead teams to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care
• Drive change, innovation and evidence-based practice across services
• Manage resources, systems and processes to achieve clinical outcomes
• Apply quality improvement, governance and project management skills
