About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Social Worker to join the Port Lincoln Community and Allied Health team within the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network.

This temporary full-time position until 30 June 2027 offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver person-centred social work services across regional and remote communities. Whether you are at the AHP1 level looking to build your skills with strong clinical support, or an experienced clinician at AHP2 level ready to apply and grow your practice, we want to hear from you.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide a mix of clinical intervention, early intervention, health promotion and community development activities tailored to community needs. You will be supported through structured clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development, with opportunities to contribute to service improvement and, where appropriate, support students and less experienced staff.

You may be based in Port Lincoln, Elliston, Streaky Bay, Ceduna, Wudinna, Cleve, Cowell, Kimba, Tumby Bay or Cummins, with regular, rostered travel to deliver services across the Eyre and Far North region.
