About the role

As a Senior Dental Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day success of a Statewide Dental Services clinic, balancing hands-on clinical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities. You’ll provide high-quality chair-side dental assistance, support safe and efficient infection control and sterilisation practices, and ensure clinic resources, stock and equipment are well managed. Working closely with the Dental Manager, you’ll help coordinate clinical sessions, oversee reception and administrative processes, and contribute to accurate reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
