About the Role:

The Support at Home Aged Care Lead is responsible to the Support at Home Director for facilitating ongoing service development and providing strong clinical leadership in the foundation, implementation, and expansion of allied health services within community aged care settings across Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network.

As an experienced and highly competent clinician, you will provide professional and clinical leadership to allied health professionals working in community aged care. You will contribute to improvements in quality, safety, and community needs-based service distribution across the network, while leading model of care development and workforce initiatives in collaboration with managers and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health profession and be eligible for (full) membership of the relevant Professional Association.
  • Apply specialist expertise to deliver complex clinical and consultancy services across the network.
  • Work with a high level of professional independence, clinical competence and reflective practice.
  • Utilise in-depth knowledge of strategic priorities, service delivery and workforce issues to manage complex responsibilities.
  • Provide expert advice to management on service development, redesign and practice improvement aligned to client needs.
