About the Role:

A rewarding opportunity awaits enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Children’s Ward within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. In this role, you will provide high‑quality, family‑centred nursing care across a diverse range of paediatric presentations. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement evidence‑based interventions that support safe recovery and positive patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our young patients.

Appointment to the role will be at the RN1 or RN2C classification, dependent on the level of experience.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
