Join Our Team as an Administration Officer - Deliver Exceptional Support at Tailem Bend District Hospital

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary health team while developing your administrative expertise in a dynamic hospital environment.

About the Role:

As an Administration Officer, you will provide confidential, customer-focused administrative support to patients, care recipients, staff, and visitors at Tailem Bend District Hospital. You will attend to client enquiries, coordinate appointments, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records across multiple systems including Chiron, CME, Oracle, E-Recruit, DCSI, Basware, and CHRIS21.

You will also support nursing and care staff, maintain office supplies, assist in record-keeping, and ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and infection control policies. This role contributes to a positive and professional environment by promoting cultural awareness, providing high-quality service, and participating in continuous quality improvement activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high level of competency in the use of computers, work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
  • Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
  • Sound word processing and data entry skills.
