Our Allied and Community Health Teams are multi-disciplinary professionals united by a common goal: improving health outcomes for our community. Based in Port Augusta and Whyalla, we also deliver care through regular outreach clinics in Roxby Downs, Quorn, Hawker, Marree, and Leigh Creek. We provide a wide range of centre-based, in-home, and community-based services for people of all ages, tailoring care to meet individual needs. About the Role:

As an Administrative Officer within Community Health, you will provide essential administrative and business support that keeps services running smoothly. You will contribute to a range of functions, including front-line customer service, consolidated Country CCCME operations, and effective information management. Your role will involve analysing issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring staff are skilled in both customer service and the use of data systems that underpin the delivery of high-quality community health services.

 

About You:

  • Client and customer services experience.
  • Proven experience in the provision of administrative support services to health services including the maintenance of records and systems.
  • Proven experience in the compilation of statistical information.
  • Previous experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.

Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)
