    • RN/M2C | $87,416 - $110,497 per annum

About the Roles

You will contribute to the delivery of integrated mental health care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings, using a combination of preventative, early-intervention, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches. This may include individual and family therapeutic work, group programs, health promotion, and community development activities.

Professionals appointed at this level will consolidate and expand their clinical knowledge and skills through continuous development and experience. You will accept accountability for your own practice standards and for the activities you delegate to others, ensuring care is delivered safely, ethically, and in alignment with recovery-oriented principles.

What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN/M1)

Applicants will further develop their practice from novice to proficient, working under professional guidance while contributing to multidisciplinary care and integrated service delivery.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Be enrolled and/or willing to enrol in further postgraduate studies within mental health practice.

Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C)

Applicants will bring consolidated experience, practise as competent to proficient clinicians, guide less experienced staff, and may be assigned negotiated portfolio responsibilities aligned with their career development plan.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Must hold a relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice.

Clinical Liaison (RN/M3)

Applicants will bring advanced mental health nursing expertise, practise as proficient clinicians with independent decision-making, lead and mentor staff, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Holds a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent).

Riverland Community Mental Health

  • RN1/RN2C – Mental Health Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse – Term up to 2 years (1.0FTE)
  • RN2C – Older Persons Mental Health Clinician – Term up to 2 years (1.0FTE)
  • RN3A – Mental Health Clinical Liaison – Term up to 2 years (1.0FTE)

Murray Bridge Community Mental Health

  • RN3A – Mental Health Clinical Liaison – Term up to 2 years (0.5FTE)

Berri Inpatient Unit

  • RN1/RN2C – Mental Health Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse – Term up to 2 years (0.4FTE)
