About the Role

As Senior Business Consultant, you’ll lead business, finance and admin support that keeps services on track. You’ll manage teams, shape reform, build strong partnerships and guide sound decisions across the program. It’s a trusted role with real influence and impact.

Key duties
• Lead business, finance and admin support teams
• Advise leaders on reform, risk, finance and Casemix
• Build budgets, forecasts and clear performance reports
• Review policy, systems and workforce needs
• Partner with executives, finance and external stakeholders

About You

You’re a confident Senior Business Consultant who thrives in leading teams, driving business improvement and providing clear, trusted advice. You bring strong analytical skills, commercial insight and the ability to influence decisions with impact.

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field
• Experience leading teams and managing staff performance
• Skilled in budgeting, analysis, reporting and financial advice
• Strong communicator with negotiation and presentation skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently in complex settings
