About the Role

Step into a pivotal Business Consultant role, shaping program operations and supporting teams to deliver high-quality services. You will manage staff, build strong systems, create clear processes and maintain smooth business and administrative workflows across the Program.

• Lead and support administration staff across the Program
• Advise on finance, HR, workforce and resource matters
• Develop and maintain policies, processes and reports
• Represent the Program on committees and projects
• Drive quality improvement and effective information management

About You

You are a confident, proactive business professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive effective administrative and operational outcomes.

• Skilled in leading, motivating and managing staff teams
• Experienced in HR, workforce and resource management
• Confident in interpreting and applying policies and legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Strong communicator, negotiator and team collaborator
