Overview

Join our dedicated Emergency Department team as an Emergency Department Registrar at Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service - South Australia’s largest regional hospital. In this role, you will deliver high-quality emergency care alongside an experienced team of Consultants, Registrars, Nurses and Allied Health professionals.

This position offers strong clinical exposure, excellent supervision, and genuine opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, timely, and evidence-based emergency care to patients across all acuity levels.
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation and participate in effective clinical handover.
  • Work collaboratively with Consultants, Registrars and the broader multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate actively in professional development, teaching, feedback processes, and quality improvement activities.
