    • Salary: $108,109 to $116,864 – AS07 – Full Time / Term Contract (temporary up to 12 months)

Overview:

  • The purpose of the role is to identify and develop projects and strategies through collaboration and evidence-based practice, to improve the mental health and wellbeing of South Australians and implement suicide prevention strategies. 
  • The Principal Project Officer will provide expert advice on the design, delivery, communication and evaluation within project objectives, ensuring they are evidence informed and maximise relevance to stakeholders.
  • The Principal Project Officer will support innovation and practice change through applying learnings and knowledge translation in developing, implementing and reviewing mental wellbeing and suicide prevention strategies and initiatives.

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
