About the Role

As a Clinical Senior Social Worker, you’ll bring advanced clinical capability and strong leadership to a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. You’ll guide best-practice service delivery, support and mentor emerging clinicians, and play a key role in driving service innovation, research, and continuous improvement. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference—both in client outcomes and in shaping the future of Social Work across the region.

You’ll also contribute at a broader level—leading within professional networks, representing your service on key committees, and managing projects that strengthen capability and care delivery across the system.
