About the Role

Lead complex design and planning across CALHN assets and facilities. You will manage priority projects, shape fit for purpose spaces, guide teams and partners, and keep delivery on track, accurate and safe across multiple hospital sites.

• Lead complex design and planning work across assets
• Manage projects, scope, cost, time and quality
• Resolve issues and risks with sound judgement
• Liaise and negotiate with clinical teams and partners
• Guide staff, share expertise and build capability

About You

You bring strong project leadership, clear judgement and a collaborative style. You know how to deliver complex asset work, guide people and partners, and balance safety, risk and outcomes in a fast paced environment.

• Proven project and program management across complex assets
• Strong budget, finance and resource control skills
• Clear written and verbal communicator with confident negotiation
• Lead teams, set priorities and deliver to tight timeframes
• Apply WHS, risk and quality standards with sound judgement
