About the Role

Join as a Waitlist Coordinator Reliever and support smooth surgical services. You will manage bookings, maintain accurate data, build efficient workflows, and ensure patients receive timely, safe, and patient-focused care across the unit.

Key duties
• Manage surgical and procedural bookings with accuracy
• Maintain and update waitlist and patient data systems
• Coordinate workflows to meet internal and external benchmarks
• Liaise with clinical teams, patients and external providers
• Support efficient unit operations and patient centred care

About You

You are an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment, delivering accurate, patient-focused administrative support.

• Experience managing surgical bookings and waitlists independently
• Skilled in electronic patient records and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communicator with multidisciplinary teams and patients
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
• Knowledge of elective surgery workflows, policies and procedures
