About the Role

Join a supportive mental health team where your admin skills keep care connected. You will manage confidential records, build smooth clinic flow, and help create a calm, welcoming first point of contact across Eastern Community Mental Health and ROPP within Central Adelaide Local Health Network.

Duties
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
• Answer phones and counter enquiries with care and discretion
• Coordinate diaries to support busy multidisciplinary clinics
• Liaise with clinicians, services and external providers
• Support admin needs across the Adelaide Metro Mental Health Program

About You

You are a proactive, empathetic administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive mental health environment and keeps tasks running smoothly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Confident handling high call volumes and enquiries
• Skilled in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
• Discreet, tactful and compassionate with clients
• Experienced in administrative support and office procedures
