About the role

The Senior Project Officer ensures strategic, active, and expert development and implementation of an Estate Management Plan of WCHN community sites. The Senior Project Officer seeks to optimise asset outcomes by driving development and supporting asset management frameworks.

Key duties of the role

  • Develop an Estate Management Plan to inform current and future WCHN Community Service requirements.
  • Review demand and mapping for services to ensure site locations meet growth service areas.
  • Provide analytical input and undertake various activities to develop the Estate Management Plan.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of site and facility asset infrastructure.
  • Resolve complex issues with innovative solutions that are consistent with WCHN objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in undertaking accurate research and analysis of complex information and preparing leasing accommodation strategies.
  • Experience in the preparation of reports, briefings and correspondence.
  • Proven high level analytical skills and financial/commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Government Office Accommodation Guidelines and/or processes.
  • Capability to build and maintain effective working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
