Looking to join a dynamic administration team?

Join the surgical division, as an Administration Officer at Flinders Medical Centre, where you will play an essential role in supporting healthcare delivery across our Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. We have a part time and a full-time position available in our Pre Admission Clinic FMC and Breast and Endocrine Clinic FMC , offering you the opportunity to contribute to South Australia's largest health network.

About the Role: 

In this role, your duties can include: 

  • Managing patient admission and discharge processes
  • Coordinating appointment scheduling and medical records
  • Supporting clinical teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate databases and filing systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families

To be successful in this role, some ideal attributes are: 

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with computer systems and data entry
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work shifts 7-3, 8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Friday.
