About the Role

Bring your expertise as a Clinical Psychologist or Senior Social Worker to support refugees rebuilding their lives. Join a welcoming multidisciplinary team where your care, insight and advocacy help shape safe, culturally responsive mental health support and lasting wellbeing.

  • Deliver specialist psychological or social work care
  • Conduct holistic assessment and tailored care plans
  • Build trust with refugee clients and communities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and community teams
  • Provide clinical advice, supervision and team support
  • Drive quality improvement, research and learning

About You

You’re a compassionate and skilled clinician who brings expertise, cultural awareness and a collaborative approach to supporting refugee communities.

  • Clinical Psychology Masters or eligible Social Work degree
  • Registration with PsyBA or eligible AASW membership
  • PsyBA Clinical Psychology endorsement and supervisor status
  • Expertise in biopsychosocial and culturally responsive assessment
  • Deliver evidence based psychological or social work care
  • Build trusted therapeutic relationships with diverse clients
  • Guide complex care with sound judgement and clinical insight
  • Contribute to supervision, collaboration and service improvement
