The Administration Officer is responsible for delivering a high-quality, confidential and customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff and visitors across the South East Region for Country Health Connect - Limestone Coast LHN.

This role provides reception services, word processing, data entry and general clerical and administrative support to health professionals and programs. The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations and positive client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, confidential reception and customer service to clients, visitors and staff.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage client information using Sunrise PAS.
  • Process EFTPOS transactions, receipting and banking accurately.
  • Deliver clerical and administrative support, including correspondence, diary and room bookings.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, safe work practices and a positive team environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Do you have experience providing administrative and clerical support services in a busy environment?
  • Are you confident delivering professional, customer-focused reception and administrative services?
  • Do you have strong data entry and reporting skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel to develop spreadsheets?
  • Are you able to manage confidential information with discretion and attention to detail?
