The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of administration staff and the delivery of reception and general administrative services across Community & Allied Health sites in the Limestone Coast region.

The role ensures efficient operations, supports workforce processes including payroll and recruitment, contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and maintains security system access for CHC-LC Mount Gambier sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the administration team to ensure efficient reception and support services.
  • Oversee daily operations including workload allocation, leave, payroll and recruitment processes.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, reporting and project coordination.
  • Maintain and monitor security system access for CHC-LC Mount Gambier sites.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment aligned with LCLHN values.

  • Are you confident managing competing priorities and coordinating day-to-day operations?
  • Do you have experience with payroll, recruitment and performance processes?
  • Are you able to implement quality improvement initiatives and meet set deadlines?
  • Can you maintain confidentiality while supporting secure and efficient workplace systems?
